My name is Christine McWilliams, Licensed Professional Counselor, and I am a private practice therapist located in Meadville, PA.
As an eclectic therapist, my goal is to help you gain a renewed sense of hope, health, and peace of mind. My aspiration is for our work together to be collaborative and based on your personal values and desired goals.
Whether you are needing just a little extra support or guidance to cope with a current challenge in your life or are ready to dig a little deeper and confront more painful situations of the past, I am willing to meet you where you are and help you decide the best steps to take to reach that place of peace, healing, and empowerment.
In taking a holistic approach to healing, we may take a look at cognitive, emotional, behavioral, physiological, relational, and spiritual needs out of balance. Over time, we may also uncover often unknown obstacles, habits, or traumatic events that may be keeping you stuck or from feeling at your very best
Along the way, my intention is to provide you with professional therapy and a safe space for healing and transformation. In doing so, I will aim to listen deeply and stay mindfully attuned to your personal needs and feelings in the moment and subsequently offer evidence-based tools and techniques that can help you cope as well as enhance and further your growth during your quest to healing.
